Jenia Reese, marketing/administrative assistant in Cleveland, is known for her creativity on the job. She says it’s what makes coming to work every day fun.
Hired at Heidelberg immediately after graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo in Business Marketing, Jenia began with the company working in receiving, which consisted of checking products and orders as they were received into the warehouse. She turned out to be a great trouble-shooter, too, which came in handy when she took on additional tasks in the accounts receivable department.
“As I was getting to know the industry, I really grew attached to the people who work here,” says Jenia. “The company is family oriented, and it gives you a good feeling to know that you are appreciated.”
Outside the office, Jenia’s love for fashion, interior design and graphic design led her to night school where she recently completed a degree in Applied Interior Design. Now her talents are being put to use as Jenia coordinates product and supplier promotions, holiday shows and community events such as Cleveland Beer Week.
“I like making people smile,” says Jenia. “And it’s wonderful that I can be myself and use my creativity to get the job done.”
