→ Once again in 2021, Heidelberg is teaming up with Wellworks for You, our wellness partner, to provide you and your spouse with a Wellness Portal complete with resources to achieve a healthy lifestyle! Associates enrolled in the Heidelberg medical plan can earn premium differentials (bi-weekly savings). → Team Columbus hit the One Million case mark for 2020 on Constellation Beer!! Congrats to Beer GSM Dan Diem, the entire beer sales team and operations crew for making this happen for the second consecutive year AND 20 days earlier than 2019! Great job!

→ Welcome to Merchandiser Mason Gerold! Originally from Sandusky, Ohio, and a graduate of Bowling Green State University, he moved to Columbus last year and recently got married this past October. Mason loves to golf, watch/play sports, and spend quality time with his family. He is excited to be part of Heidelberg’s team and looking forward to the opportunity it brings!
→ Since 2013, Columbus Crown Brand Manager Marty Thomas composes and reads an original holiday poem to read to the Columbus sales team at the annual holiday party. With no in person gathering this year, he decided to keep the tradition alive and sent the 2020 version of the holiday poem with an accompaning video. Perhaps in 2021 we need to add “Heidelberg Columbus Poet Laurate” to his job title?
→ Sales Professional Jake Drongowski built a great 19 Crimes Cali Red display at D16 Kroger 806 Hamilton Rd in Columbus. Great location as you turn the corner and head towards the liquor store!

→ Cleveland had some fun making the office more festive for the holidays, with a workspace decoration contest. The winner was AR Administrative Assistant Kathiana DeJesus, won a very nice RTIC cooler. Everyone who participated received a cozy pair of thermal slipper socks.
BUZZ FROM DAYTON
→ Dayton associates were gifted with a choice of a honey-baked ham or turkey to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. Associates prepared their turkey’s in a variety of tasty ways from roasted to deep fried to smoked and grilled!
→ Employee Spotlights for December were IT Project Manager Cody Wicks, Sales Professional, Beer, Dominic Lombardo and Sales Support, Wine, Shane Spalla.
→ CONGRATULATIONS to Beer DM Scott Heckman who has been promoted to lead the newly created Dayton 1 KAM Team effective January 4, 2021. Scott was previously the Team Leader for the North Dayton beer team.
→ Allied Wine District Manager Amanda Fritts has been promoted to the role of Large Format Key Account Manager on the newly designed Dayton 1 KAM Team.

BUZZ FROM LORAIN
→ On one of those cold snowy December Lake Erie days, Lorain put together a goodie bag for their drivers as a thank you to this team that answers the call no matter the weather. Drivers got snacks from all the “major food groups:” Gatorade, Slim Jims, Nutty Buddy’s and more! We couldn’t do all this without this vital team!
→ Holiday cheer was on full display in the market during the month of December! Team Lorain built some great holiday themed displays to help customers in the market make the right beverage choice!
